The Employee Tuition Scholarship is a new employee benefit unique to Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, enabling part-time and full-time employees to pursue higher education via a Florida-state public university, college, or accredited technical college and trade school without the financial burden of upfront costs of tuition, books, and other fees.
Employees are able to take advantage of this education benefit after 90 days of continuous employment.
