#MissionMoment: Since its launch in May 2022, the “Goodwill Scholars” program has been a cornerstone of our mission to empower our employees. We’re proud to have supported 242 employees with $450,000 in tuition assistance, achieving an 8% participation rate in the first half of 2024, compared to the national annual average of 2%.
We celebrate the achievements of our scholars:
∙40 employees have completed their studies
∙79 have successfully completed at least one semester of an English as a Second Language program
∙90% of participants are frontline staff
