Seeking to become a nail technician, Jasmine followed Sandra’s advice and enrolled in the Nail Specialty program at Orange Technical College. Balancing her studies with work at the Goodwill store, Jasmine attended morning classes and fulfilled her work duties in the afternoons.
After earning her certification, Jasmine plans to offer nail services from her home during her free time and aims to eventually own a nail salon. Now, she focuses on another goal: homeownership. With Sandra’s guidance, Jasmine has initiated a strategic budgeting plan to save for her future home and has started building credit with a credit card.
